This breadth of coverage means that whether you are in the heart of Exeter or in a rural market town on the edge of the county, we can reach you with a verified, NICEIC-registered electrician.

Exeter is our primary hub. The city itself accounts for a significant proportion of our bookings — emergency callouts, landlord EICRs, consumer unit replacements in the city's diverse housing stock, and commercial electrical work across the retail, hospitality, and professional sectors. Exeter's housing stock ranges from Victorian terraces in St Thomas and Heavitree to modern apartment developments in the city centre and suburban family homes in Pinhoe and the surrounding areas. Our contractors are experienced across all of these property types.

The coastal corridor from Exmouth south to Seaton and Sidmouth is a priority coverage area. These towns have a high proportion of older properties — many of them holiday lets or retirement homes with aging electrical installations that benefit from regular EICR inspection. Landlords operating in this coastal belt often have multiple properties across different towns, and our portfolio booking service is designed to accommodate this.

Inland Devon, including the market towns of Crediton, Honiton, Ottery St Mary, and Tiverton, is also within our regular service area. Okehampton and the western edge of our coverage area represent our furthest reach, and availability for emergency callouts in these locations may be subject to contractor availability.

Newton Abbot to the south provides access to the Teignbridge district, including Teignmouth on the coast and the surrounding villages. This is a growing area with significant residential development alongside older property stock, creating demand for both new installation work and condition inspections on existing properties.

The core services available across our coverage area include EICR inspections for landlords and homeowners, consumer unit replacement and fuse board upgrades, emergency electrical callouts for urgent faults, electrical fault finding and diagnosis, full and partial house rewiring, EV charger installation, and smoke alarm installation. Availability of specific services may vary by location — contact us to confirm availability for your area.

For emergency callouts, we aim to have a confirmed engineer on the way within 90 minutes for most locations within the Exeter city area. For locations further afield, response times will vary depending on contractor availability in that area. Landlord EICR inspections can be scheduled in advance across all coverage areas. For landlords with properties spread across multiple Devon locations, we can coordinate a schedule to minimise disruption — grouping nearby properties where possible and working around tenancy arrangements.
